This seems to be ignoring your own earlier post about people using the golden age capabilities to design and distribute deadly pathogens.

One question that you do not address is whether humans will need to manage these AI researches, and how they could be trained after the current generation of human research managers retires. Of course we could wave our hands and say "AI could tell us", but that would be unsatisfying.

It will also be interesting when AI is applied to philosophy. Since essentially all philosophy contradicts all other philosophy, we already know that it is mostly a steaming pile of garbage. AI could simplify spotting things like is/ought fallacies, missing chains of reasoning, bad assumptions, and thousands of other problems. See: "What is Wrong with Our Thoughts? A Neo-Positivist Credo" by David Stove, an Australian philosopher. https://web.maths.unsw.edu.au/~jim/wrongthoughts.html
